Return and exchange

When returning or exchanging, you fill in the return shipping note that you send with the return package. Pack the goods properly and send the goods back in the same carton or other suitable packaging. It is important that the goods still have the original packaging in order for us to approve your return. Send the return to:

As soon as your return has been registered in our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation via email and then the refund will be made.

Contact our support as soon as possible. Fill in the return shipping note and pack the goods properly and send the goods back in the same carton or other suitable packaging. We are responsible for the shipping costs for all complaints.

As soon as your complaint has been reviewed and approved, we will send out new products to you.

Contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate what has gone wrong and make sure you get what is missing.

No, the packaging must be unbroken for an open purchase to apply. All of our returns are inspected before we approve the return and we will send out your return confirmation via email.

We recommend that all returns are packed in the same shipping box in which your products were delivered.

You make a repurchase of the products you want to repurchase and you will then receive a credit invoice for the returned amount. Fill in the return shipping note and pack your products well in the delivery box. You can return your products within 14 calendar days after your order is received.

For exchanges or returns, you pay the shipping cost yourself. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your return is received and when your money is expected to be refunded.

As soon as your return has been received, we will send out a confirmation via email that your return has been received before your refund is registered. If you have chosen another product for a change, we will wait to send out new products before we have received your return.

Card – Repayment is made to the same card with which the regular payment was made.

Paypal – Repayment is made to the same PayPal account from which the regular payment was made.

Ready invoice – If the invoice is not paid, you will receive a credit invoice for the amount you made a change / repurchase of.

Returning a product is always possible by sending the product to us. When requesting a return or exchange, be sure to keep the following information in mind:

You can return your order within 14 calendar days after receiving your package. Open purchase, return and exchange do not apply to product “Telescope” which is uniquely made by hand after your order. Our products “Telescope” and “Hook” are made by hand and not made in the factory. We reserve the right to make certain differences between the appearance of the products in the same series, contours, color differences and size.

Fill in the form you received with your purchase and put it in the box that you want to return to us. Please note that you bear the shipping costs when you return / exchange an item. All goods are inspected upon return and must be clean and unbroken. For your own, and ours, please return our products in the same shipping box you received them in or use another robust box to ensure that we receive the goods in optimal condition.

We strive to process any returns or exchanges within 14 calendar days and will contact you when the process is complete.

Keep in mind that it can take up to ten calendar days before the money is credited to your bank account, depending on your bank or card issuer. If you are striving to exchange an item, call our store to make sure we have the desired product in stock. International returns

All returned items must be declared as “Returns and repairs of Swedish goods” on the customs declaration. This should be written on the packaging and in the declaration form. Returned packages that do not have this mention may not be delivered to our warehouse and may be subject to additional charges.
