If you have chosen delivery to your nearest postal agent, your products are expected to be delivered within 2-4 working days. For express deliveries, your products are expected to be delivered within 1-2 working days.
We send your order within 1-6 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
Using the tracking number in your confirmation, you can track your package. If you have chosen delivery to a postal agent, you will receive an additional confirmation when your order can be picked up. If you have chosen home delivery, you will receive a confirmation with which day your order is planned to be delivered.
If you do not have the opportunity to be at home, you can leave your ID to someone else who receives your goods. However, the person must be able to present both their own and your ID.
Contact us and we will help you book a new delivery time. A new delivery fee will be added if the reason for the non-delivery is due to obstacles in your case.
Contact the supplier who sent your order and report the item as damaged in transport. You will then receive a case number for your complaint. Then contact us. Enter your case number in the return shipping note together with other information. Send us clear pictures of the broken product and packaging.
If you discover that your package is broken already at the postal agent, you of course have the opportunity to refuse delivery already at the agent. Please contact us and notify us immediately.

ForsHaken insures that every transport arrives to you. When the product is delivered, a signature may be required. After receiving the package, the responsibility passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that the signature of a third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment of Forshaken AB.
Customers who order outside the EU will receive a VAT discount of 21% on their order. This is applied at checkout once you have entered the delivery information.
Customs duties, obligations and taxes
All international orders are delivered Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). Customs and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay applicable duties and taxes levied by your country of destination. Unfortunately, we can not calculate these fees before your order is placed and we can not cover them for your customers. Any fees will be charged by you by the carrier upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office to determine what additional costs will be incurred before purchasing.
Failure to deliver & delivery attempt
If our supplier is unable to deliver your package, they will leave a notice in your mailbox. You can then pick up the package from the nearest agent, or book a new time with them for delivery.

DHL has no obligation to call the customer to ask them if you are at home or at an agreed location. However, this can still occur depending on who delivers the package and if there is a telephone number stated on the consignment note. We ask you to contact DHL directly before contacting us for assistance regarding your package.
If you are not available at the time of contact or contact DHL yourself within five working days, the delivery will be sent back to our central warehouse. In connection with this, we will cancel your order and refund the cost of the goods after deduction of return shipping fees and administration costs for delivery. If the payment made by you is not enough, we will charge you the difference. The total cost of this varies depending on the weight and volume of your delivery.
